I have had many yeast infections and so has my older son. There is a cream (Lotrimin) that you can get over the counter for yeast infections. I used that on my son and myself many times. It just takes a few days to clear up. Yeast infections usually come from staying wet and getting hot. So if she is potty trained make sure she is not wet or sweaty. Another thing that helps to clear it up is let her run around without her panties outside if possible. The dry air helps a lot.
