Find the one thing they like best to do or play with and take that thing away from them every time they do the inapporpriate behavior. And they don't get that thing back or do whatever it is until the behavior stops. Maybe put some sort of time limit. ie: the rest of the day, 3hrs, one day. Whatever you think fit.
