Well I think you have to make some choices that you may not want to make because it is hard. If you really think she is scared then the first thing to do is work on her fear. (a whole 'nother post)But if you think she is manipulating you with that then you are just going to have to lay down the law. Which means there will be a lot of crying and fighting about not staying it bed. You need to sit down with her and tell her what is and isn't acceptable. Then you need to set consequences for her not following the rules. These consequences should be something you feel comfortable with and can follow through on and of course something she won't like. As like with changing any learned behavior in kids it isn't going to be easy. But you have to stay firm and consistent on what you deicde. Most likely the baby won't wake up, if she is anything like mine were she will sleep through anything. But if she does you will just have to deal with it. If you keep giving in to her because you don't want her to wake up her sister you will never change her behavior cuz she probably has already caught on that you don't want her cyring and will do anything to keep her from it. This won't go away after one night either. It may take a week. But if you are consistent it will work. Remember, you are the parent and parenting isn't easy. :)
