Plastic Canvas Hershey Kisses

Hi Does anyone have a pattern and directions for making the Hershey Kiss Plastic Canvas Santa?
It looks like a triangle and you squeeze the sides and you can put a Hershey Kiss in it and attache a note saying "a kiss just for you". Will appreciate any help.
