I am looking for the recipe for a starter. Part of the recipe to start the actual bread is "Remove the starter from the fridge and add....1 cup water.....3 tablespoons of potatoe flakes and a quarter cup sugar. This is done in the morning. In the evening you remove a cup of starter, add the appropriate ingredients and leave over night on the counter to rise. Next morning kneed, divide let stand for 12 hours or until double and then in the evening bake. Takes awhile for the end result but if you don't have the time to spare at once, you cna still have bread.
