Linda, What kind of salt pellets do you want to add fragrance and glycerine to? I have made bath salts using glycerine and fragrance before with using Epsom salts.I used 1 Tblsp. glycerine to 3 cups Epsom salts and mixed this in a non-reactive bowl until all the salt was coated. Then I added very little food coloring( start with 2 drops and mix until desired coloring is obtained. Spread out and let dry for a couple of hours then put in your container. I still have some from 1 year ago. The glycerine helps prevent drying the skin from salt. You can e-mail me if you desire. Lorrie
