Hi....
I was a teacher at our Churches Vacation bible school.. and I had the ocean room.... the crafts we did were little construction paper fish... on fishing poles or as a mobile..... you weave strips of construction paper together and glue all of the places where the strips hang off... you only want to weave three strips of each color.. and you use two different colors...... then you use a pattern and cut out the fish.....
