I saw the neatest flower arrangement. It was a mason joar filled with what looked like water and artificial flowers. On closer inspection I found the water looking substance was something clear and solid. The flwers being artificial stayed inbetted in the solid. any ideas on what the liquid looking stuff is and where to purchase it and how to use it. Looked like a very unique craft. Thank you
