One game I've always enjoyed playing and the girls would probably be good at it naming the baby animal for the adult. For example: give them a list such as cow, dog, lion. they have to answer calf, puppy, and cub. These are the easy ones, but you could make it harder for the level you need by adding unusual ones such as swan/cygnet, goat/kid, etc.
for a craft, have the girls sponge paint cloth diapers to be used as burping towels, or bibs; or have them paint or sew on a quilt square for the baby using just a 6-8 inch square of muslin and sew it into a quilt or wallhanging.
snacks can be cookies cut out with a footprint cookie cutter (saw them at Michaels craft store) decorated with pink and blue outlined icing. Make a clear Sprite or ginger ale punch and float raindow sherber scoops in the bowl.
Hope this helps
: I am a girl scout leader who is giving one of the other leaders a baby shower and I have decided to do this on a meeting night with the girls. We are doing the try-it of our bodies and what a wonderful simple thing to add into, but a baby shower!!We were just lucky enough to have an expecting leader. ANYWAYS, does anybody have any suggestions on what to do?? I would like to do games, and each girl is going to bring in something very small for a gift. I've checked most of the baby shower websites, so if anyone has any really cute ideas for kids, could you pass them on???
