I started making these about 7 years ago (before they were popular, LOL) so there were no templates. All I did was take a candy bar, take off the wrapper and measure it. Then used those measurements to design a label on my computer. I've used microsoft works, as well as a normal label making program. All you really need is the measurements so you know how large to fit your words and icons in.
