Need Secret Sister ideas

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughtful, relatively inexpensive ideas for secret sisters. This is the first time that I have ever done one of these and I am at a loss of what to give or do for her. If you have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
