I was on the PTA board last year and had the same problem. What I did was save all my spaghetti sauce jars. I layered "cookie mix" in the jars. I put directions on a sticker label and stuck on the jar. All they had to do was mix the contents of the jar with egg, and water, and then bake. Everyone really loved it. You can make these as fancy or plain as your time and budget allow. Be creative!
