Does anyone have instructions for making fancy dress up paper hats for kids (or adults). I went to my son's carnival at school and a lady made the cutest fanciest hats out of colored tissue paper flowres, etc. She used plastic yogurt container as a base or to shape the hat which was later removed (I think).
