This is a starter for Friendship Bread(not to be refrigerated at any time)

Dissolve 1 package dry yeast into 1/4 cup warm water
add 2 cups flour
2 cups warm milk
1 cup sugar

Put this in a large ziploc bag, squeeze the excess air out
mush it all together.
this is day 1

Day 2, 3 and 4, mush the bag and let the excess air out
Day 5, add 1 cup each of flour, sugar and milk. Mush together and let out excess air
Day 6, 7 , 8 and 9, mush the bag and let out the excess air.
Day 10, add 1 cup each of flour, sugar and milk and mush together.

Seperate 3- 1 cup portions into ziploc bags to give to your friends along with the day 2-10 instructions
and the baking instructions.

To what you have left, empty into a bowl and add:
1 cup oil, 1/2 cup milk, 3 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla,
2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder,
2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 box (5.1 oz)
instant pudding (any flavor you choose- I like vanilla)
1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup chopped nuts (opt)
mix together, pour into greased pans and bake at 325 for an hour.

you can either keep one of the bags for yourself- or you can simply start over with
the yeast starter.
