I want to make mason jars that are filled with pot pourri, nuts, decorative weeds, dried fruits, etc., fill with smoke free oil, cut a whole in the lid and insert a glass wick adapter, and tie a cloth bow around the lid. They look great, seems to be the latest rage where I live. I want to guarantee that my fruit won't grow mold while in the oil (one has and I think I missed dipping it in the lemon and salt solution)I have lost my recipe to dry fruit so I don't want to take a chance making them for other people until I know the fruit won't spoil. Appreciate any help
