3/4 cup applesauce
4 or 4 1/2 oz. bottle of cinnamon
Mix together to form a ball, then roll to 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Use a straw to make a hole in the top to hang it with, then just leave sit out on a rack to dry, turning once a day.
