This weekend on HGTV they made a truffle tree. What they did was melt chocolate and cover the cone. They then left some with the foil on most without. Using more melted chocolate they placed a row around the bottom of the cone. Moving up the cone until they reached the top. I think it would work with the kisses as well and be just as cute.
