Slice the apples and the orange into 1/8" slices. Lay the pieces on
a baking sheet - do not overlap. Place them in a 250 degree oven
for about 30 minutes. Turn the slices over and bake for another 30
minutes or until they are dryed out. Watch so that they do not turn
brown. Cool completely.

Cut apples in thin slices crossways. Dip in lemon juice. Set on a cookie sheet and place in a
200° oven until dry.

Cut oranges into 1/4"-thick slices. Set on a cookie sheet and place in a 200° oven until dry.
