I wasn't even looking for the poem, when I accidently found it today. Here's what it looks like:
A frame with a heart cut out of the matt, and a soft white feather inside the heart. A piece of flat white lace across the top left corner. "An Angel's Gift for my sister" is printed on a card, and glued above the heart. Below the hart is another card, upon which is written: "An Angel left me this feather and said it was meant for you. You must be a very special sister if an Angel thinks so too!"
