Here's the one I used:
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups cinnamon
1/3 cup white glue
Mix together to form a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out dough in cinnamon to 1/4 inch thickness and cut shapes with cookie cutters. Punch hole with straw for hangar. Dry on wire rack for two days.
