I make a Christmas wereath out of white garbage bags on a coat hanger. I use white bags. Cut strips about 4" wide and 10" long. Place four together and tie a knot keep going until the hanger is packed. Leave the hanger part so you can hang the wreath. When you have finished hot glue small ornaments on it.
