Apple Cake
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups chopped apples
- 1/2 cup nuts
Mix all ingredients with spoon, spread into a greased and floured 9x13 pan Bake 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
Icing
- 2-3 oz creme cheese
- 3 tbls butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Mix together and frost when cool
