Chris' Punch Bowl Cake

Here is an easy cake to put in a punch bowl.

Make a yellow cake mix - bake in a 9 x 13 pan. Let cool. Cut cake into bite size pieces. Layer cake, then a layer of whipped topping, then a layer of fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, and peaches are my favorite). Continue to alternate layers until bowl is full. End with whipped topping and fruit. I take this everywhere when the fruit is plentiful. Looks hard but is very easy and a crowd pleaser.
