Sugar Cookie Pizza
- One roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough pre-packaged
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- confectioners sugar
- sliced kiwi fruit
- small can mandarin oranges
- sliced fresh strawberries
- peach slices
- bing cherry halves
- seedless grape halves
- pineapple tidbits
Roll out dough on floured surface. With floured hands, spread dough thinly on an ungreased pizza pie pan and bake according to directions, usually 350 for ten minutes.
Spread cream cheese over cookie crust, and sprinkle confectioners sugar on cream cheese. Arrange
fruit slices in a pattern on top of cream cheese.
Refrigerate before serving, slice in wedges
to serve.
