it is a little weird that she would actually ask to be spanked, but i can see where shes coming from. im a 15 year old girl and ive been grounded many times for doing many different things and i think it teaches you absolutely nothing, take away the computer, tv, phone any thing trust me,as a teen i know, it isnt gonna work as well as one swift spanking!!!
