iso decorating ideas for a 14 yr. old boy's bedroom

I am in need of some decorating ideas for my son's bedroom. He is 14 years old and he really wants to decorate with neon colors (stencils?) and lava and blacklights. Any suggestions that you have are greatly appreciated.
