Thank you. I wish I could GET him to go to more counseling - he refuses. We do have some family issues -- my husband and I are working through some marital difficulties and getting marriage counseling -- and I think our son is acting out in a major way. I don't WANT to throw him out, though. I just wish he'd grow up already and stop tormenting everyone in the household. He does work two days a week right now. When he graduates high school, I am going to ask him to work full time, pay for the insurance and upkeep on his car, etc. - in short, take over his own life. I am hoping if he assumes more responsibility for himself he will feel and act more responsible. He SAYS he's going to junior college in the Fall then he turns around and says he's moving to Canada with one of his low life friends. I guess he thinks he can just hang out with his buddies, smoke pot, and let life take care of itself. AARGH!
