We haven't had any trouble with magicspell/merlin whatsoever, but, we do want to get rid of him. We've found it rude, crude, and more than a little bit offensive!!!!!!!
I printed out Joan's note telling how to uninstall it, and, gave it to dh, since he works on computers all day long, and he knows much more than I. So, he read the directions, and said he didn't need them. :-P And he did go and find the .exe file, and how much was attatched, and decided that "there has to be more to the program than this" and wouldn't uninstall it, until he knew what else was part of the program, and where it was, to get rid of the whole thing at once.
So, my question is, where is the rest of the program? When installing, it did download some things but what were they, and where did it put them? How do I get rid of these parts? They aren't labeled as magicspell.exe at all, so, where do I find the rest of it, and how do I delete them, also? Or, is it the main part of the magicspell.exe that I need to delete??
