Sweet Potato Pie
4 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes (four 16oz cans or two 29oz cans)
1/4 Cup of Butter or margarine
3 Eggs
2 tbsp. Nutmeg
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Karo Syrup-Dark
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Blend Glory Foods Sweet Potatoes (use Mixer if possible.) Add butter or margarine and sugar - blend well. Add eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg blend well. Add Karo syrup blend well. Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until firm. Makes 2 deep dish 9 inch pies.
