: 1 tsp. salt and pepper

: Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Thin more with water if
: needed. Batter drip off fish not run off. Butterfly fresh
: shrimp or any raw fish above. Dip in batter, letting excess
: drip off before putting in three inches of oil. Deep fryer is
: best.
