NAPOLEAN LAYERED CREPES

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
mix or custard mix
powdered sugar
fruit jam (blackberry
preferred)
pastry crepes (6 to 8)

Layer with jam and custard, putting on jam, then custard
and then jam. Top with crepe and sprinkle with sifted powdered
sugar. Whipped cream is optional.
