If you feel cold turkey is too hard you can also do the gradual thing. Set a timer and say..I will only lay with you "this long" and when the timer goes off you leave. Then shorten the timer gradually until you don't stay at all....But IMO cold turkey is the best way. Have a bedtime ritual but let her know when the ritual is over, it is over. Boy am I winded today LOL
